I run and hike, and I’m passionate about healthy living. I’m also the author of a book titled Freedom – In Pursuit of Liberty (Mind, Body and Soul). I value consistency, and just like a train tackling the journey of a thousand miles, I believe we have it in us to progress until we achieve our goals.

At 21, I was appointed to management of one of the largest corporates in South Africa. It led me to seek coaching and mentoring support which empowered me to grow until I became an executive for a national IT company. I acquired 21 years of management and executive experience in the private and public sectors before becoming a full-time coach.

I’ve traversed the realms of leadership and understand the unique demands executives face. I believe that effective leadership is not solely about achieving short-term results; it’s about fostering a thriving ecosystem that nurtures innovation, collaboration, and sustainable success. My reservoir of experience equips me to empower leaders to build agile organisations that adapt, thrive, and leave an indelible mark on their industries.

Today, as a Change Partner Coach, I work with leaders and teams to build alignment and develop systems to increase their performance.
