Growing up, I was enthusiastically involved in children’s choir, netball, and athletics. Today, that passion for life is reflected in my love for health and wellness, Women’s church ministry, choral, opera, orchestra, and light jazz. And although I’m an avid reader and writer, public speaking is where my heart is.

Through a program based on John Maxwell’s book “Developing the Leader Within You,” I speak and train at schools and churches and partner with organisations to empower young leaders.

I have over 16 years of experience in the petroleum, fashion retail industries, and postal service, where I committed myself to store operations, customer service strategy, change management and leadership.

Later, I launched Mosiroe Marketing Management, a strategy development consulting firm specialising in team coaching and mentorship services and partnered with successful brands such as Sun International, which prepared me to make an impact as a specialist coach.

In 2022, I joined Change Partners Coaching and have supported Senior Managers, Middle Managers, and Emerging Leaders at small companies, government institutions and large corporates including Discovery, Sasol, and SALGA. I’ve also acquired contracts with CUMMINS, SANSA, and SA Cargo Services as the project lead.
