A BIT ABOUT ME
I am at my best when I’m with my family—my greatest teachers and constant source of joy. My husband and I are proud parents to two incredible teenage boys who fill our lives with laughter and lessons. We love board games, exploring new places, and sharing meals together. And when not coaching, I recharge through music, audiobooks, and thought-provoking TV shows. I’m also deeply curious about the human capacity for transformation, purpose, and growth—a passion that fuels my work and my life.
My professional foundation was built in the corporate world, where I climbed the ranks in telecommunications and banking, mastering strategy, operations, finance, marketing, and business development. I’ve led projects in Botswana, South Africa, Ghana, Zimbabwe, and Hong Kong, immersing myself in diverse industries and cultures. This shaped my ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
I’ve helped C-Suite leaders, senior managers, and high-performing teams strengthen their leadership capabilities, improve collaboration, and lead with authenticity. Whether through 1-on-1 coaching, team development, or leadership programs, my focus remains consistent: enabling sustainable growth that aligns with purpose and performance.
