A BIT ABOUT ME
As a seasoned woman organisational leader and coach, I work towards leaving a positive legacy and becoming a good ancestor.
I care deeply about the future of the African continent and believe we should invest in strengthening leadership skills and good governance, especially for women leaders who are now rising to more senior executive roles.
I am also passionate about youth empowerment in Africa and contributing solutions to global climate challenges. I work hard to raise awareness of environmental issues through coaching and regenerative leadership.
I am also a founder leader of the Climate Coaching Alliance, Africa Chapter (CCA Africa), which is part of the global CCA organisation.
I have over 25 years of local and international experience in the public and private sector, including state owned entities, the banking and insurance sectors. As a senior executive, my portfolios included Human Resources, Finance, IT, Stakeholder Management, Marketing, Communications and Operations.
I’m experienced in engaging with oversight structures such as Boards, Parliament, Ministers, International partners, and regulatory bodies. I’ve also acted as CEO of a large state-owned entity for over 2 years. I’m also an experienced public and motivational speaker.
Today, as a Change Partners International Leadership and Team Coach, I work with CEOs and Senior Leadership teams to co-create and improve performance and stakeholder value based on the leadership team’s collective accountability.
