I’ll also help you develop the flexibility to navigate pressure and uncertainty in your environment to smooth the potholes on your path and raise your personal and organisational impact.
A BIT ABOUT ME
I pay attention to details, especially when beautifying the world around me. My home, food, and garden are always colourfully coordinated and alive with creative expression. I’m also a dedicated mom who makes every effort to set my children up for a bright future. They are my pride and joy. I love long walks, yoga, meaningful conversations, artful music, literature, and my cats, chickens, and dogs.
I began coaching after 20 years in the Interior Design and construction industry, where I fulfilled roles, such as designer, project manager, business owner, leader, company director and key accounts manager.
Today, I see coaching as a process of creating a work of art, with you, the client, as both the masterpiece in the making and the artist with control over your development path. As with all brilliant creative works, there’s a process to inspire growth and organisational excellence, and room to find joy in the journey.
As a coach, I use this thinking to empower leaders and their teams, lead projects and collaborate with colleagues and clients. I’ve supported and made an impact on high-profile clients, including Sasol, Discovery, SABC, SACAP, Rosebank College, and SALGA.
