I have spent over 30 years within the global world of corporate finance. These experiences have equipped me to relate with clients at all levels of development & leadership stages. I have managed and mentored a number of teams. My coaching seeks to inspire and encourage clients into finding their inner strength and creative ways of thinking in order to create a level of consistent high performance and job satisfaction. I am able to do this, by applying the diverse corporate & cultural experiences gained during my career .
What qualifies me for my work with Change Partners?
As a coach, my strength in communication skills and a desire to develop capacities comes in handy. I am a qualified certified executive coach (ICF & COMENSA) with several post graduate qualifications from The University of Johannesburg The Institute of Bankers in S.A. as wellThe New Insights Coach Training Institute.
