I had a successful career spanning over 19 years in sales and as an executive at two of South Africa’s largest banks and led high-performing teams that were inspired to exceed business expectations year after year. I have also worked as a senior management service in the public sector environment. I have coached individuals and teams in both the public and private sector from graduates on the graduate recruitment program, high potential employees, middle managers, senior managers, and C-suite executives.
