Looking Back

Interest in executive and leadership development coaching continues to soar and it’s not hard to see why. Return of Investment is high and the versatile nature of coaching allows organisations multiple performance advantages. Change Partners is proud to deliver on the demand with our over 25-year coaching experience.

Over the year we’ve begun new partnerships or extended the scope of existing relationships with government agencies, private companies, and large corporates who’ve prioritised the development and performance of their people.

We’ve seen interesting trends emerge during this period, with an increase in demand for development initiatives to help employees navigate the post-COVID world, enhance team cohesion, and help leaders develop essential coaching skills.

We’ve supported organisations and made an impact with individual, team, and group coaching initiatives, mentorship, and coaching skills for leaders. We’ve also helped to develop organisational cultures through coaching.

This year, 80% of our business came from return business, which tells us how much you’ve valued the experience. We’re grateful for that and wanted to thank you for choosing us as your trusted development partner.

In 2024 we’re focusing on making the biggest possible impact on the growth and performance of all those we partner with.

To add to our diversity and depth and to ensure you always have access to the most experienced professionals, we’ll be welcoming new coaching partners with fresh and unique insights who are sure to bring a valuable contribution to the Change Partners team and your organisation’s performance.

Our team will continue supporting you with our executive and leadership development coaching, transition coaching, and team/group coaching services. We have also the Leader as Coach Program, the Mentorship Program, and the Women in Leadership Program available combining coaching, mentoring, and training methodologies.

We’ll focus on our growing our international client base and ensuring they enjoy the same quality experience we bring to our South African clients.
