I am a founding partner at Change Partners. I’m also a strong believer in giving back to people and society and passionate about assisting leaders to optimise their skills, maximise their value to their employer, and become the best version of themselves.

I’ve been fortunate throughout my life to achieve success and lead enthusiastic and energetic teams. In my career, I’ve qualified as a Chartered Accountant and worked as finance director and CEO of businesses in the manufacturing and coal sectors, where I was known for rigorous financial management and entrepreneurial and innovative skills.

I’ve assessed feasibility, arranged finance, developed major corporate infrastructure projects, and spent 7 years as a strategy consultant. I’ve partnered with clients in “startups” and co-created growth strategies for established businesses.

For 20 years as a Change Partners coach, I’ve integrated my business skills and knowledge of business culture and leadership strengths to support various high-level and blue-chip clients through business coaching and leadership development.
