My passion for coaching stems from my transformative experience of being coached during my shift into a senior executive role. Coaching profoundly impacted my career trajectory, and I felt compelled to pay it forward and help others navigate similar transitions. I’m also globally minded and inspired to support leaders on their development journey wherever they are in the world.

I’ve held various strategic leadership positions throughout my career, most notably as the Human Resources Director of well-known blue-chip businesses like Woolworths, FNB, M-Net, and Indwe Risk Services. In these capacities, I’ve coordinated ground-breaking changes to HR divisions to align them to overarching business objectives.

I’ve contributed to strategic business analysis, strategy formulation & execution, human resources management and executive committees & boards. I also currently serve as the CEO of a strategy consulting and digital marketing firm.

Today, as a Change Partners Coach, I work with leaders and executives to empower them to make challenging career transitions to senior strategic roles and help them find a stronger sense of purpose.
