A BIT ABOUT ME
My purpose is to evolve by growing, expanding my mindset, and creating memorable experiences. Continuous learning, achievement, integrity, and authenticity are the core values that anchor my decision-making. I am a proud mum of two amazing, independent children who are successfully navigating life and their careers. I practise mindfulness daily, and when not busy with loved ones, you’ll find me learning new skills, travelling, or seeking the next adventure.
I’ve held various strategic leadership roles throughout my 22 years within the Mining Industry. Most significantly, I’ve applied myself as a Training & Development Manager, Regional HR Manager and Group Manager, Talent Management. I’ve worked closely with Senior Leaders, the Executive Committee and the Board.
The most rewarding years of my journey were spent helping leaders navigate new roles and responsibilities, transition careers, lead high-performing teams, and handle personal challenges and workplace dynamics. I’ve also played a significant role with women-in- leadership and inclusivity groups, helping women and people of diversity find a voice at work.
Today I passionately contribute my brand of coaching and development as a member of the Change Partners team where I support leaders and organisations in their pursuit of excellence.
