My coaching and training approach begins with a belief in everyone’s innate greatness. I love the Maxwell Leadership motto that “everyone deserves to be led well, but the most important person to lead is yourself”. It is this philosophy that I engage in thought provoking conversations that help clients become self-aware of their own power to overcome obstacles, develop a self-leadership character that propels them to intentionally grow themselves, grow others and grow their business or organizations.


How does my career experience add value to what I bring to client relationships?

My working career spans 7yrs in the petroleum industry and 3yrs in fashion retail, focusing mainly on the management of Service Station/Store operations and specializing in customer service strategy.  I also spent 6yrs in the postal service.

These different roles equipped me in change management and leadership. As a General Manager of Social grants business, understanding government priorities and Batho Pele principles were at the core of my role, while my consulting business and working with a successful business such as Sun International gave me insight into building effective teams.

What qualifies me for my work with Change Partners?

My passion for personal and professional growth, coupled with professional conduct, leadership experience, and certification with an internationally acclaimed leadership institution.
