I enjoy coaching those who are transitioning in life and growing in leadership, those that wish to gain clarity and purpose within their present situation, want to gain a vision for their future and a strategy to achieve their goals or want to improve aspects of their life, work performance, leadership, and relationships by building on their strengths and sidestepping their obstacles. My appreciation of beauty and excellence in people and fascination with each person’s uniqueness inspire me to believe in the unlimited potential of each individual to become their best selves. This is achieved by partnering with my clients to create an enabling environment that is confidential, compassionate, relationship focussed, practical, positive, and future-focused while holding them gently to account and celebrating their achievements.
Experience
How does my career experience add value to what I bring to client relationships?
Coming from an interior design and construction, project management, and business owner, director, and management background, a need to reinvent myself led me to Coaching. I am committed to empowering leaders in the creation of healthy work environments. My skills in advanced project management assist clients to create the necessary flexibility to balance the intricacies of parenthood, relationships, and work pressures. I identify with creative minds as well as analytical ways of thinking.
What qualifies me for my work with Change Partners?
In addition to my BA degree in the Humanities and Interior Design and Project Management qualifications, I am a highly qualified coach with internationally accredited post-graduate training and a certified member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I am an accredited Lumina Spark practitioner. I align myself with the coaching code of ethics, based on the values of integrity, excellence, collaboration, and respect. I am committed to ongoing professional development as a coach through supervision, ongoing learning, and reflective practice to continually improve my evidence-based coaching approach.
