Tumi is a senior manager in an IT company where she leads an organizational change management and training teams. She specializes in design of change management methodologies in the roll out large scale Enterprise Resource Planning projects that will impact over 150 government departments. She has led change management and training teams in deploying changes in a number of government departments. She has practical experience where she facilitated coaching sessions in building change competence for managers to transition and build resilience in adapting to organisational changes.

She previously held a senior management position in Standard Bank Africa to support roll out of Stanbic IT Projects in 17 African countries. She led a team to deploy change management and build change capability and competence in Nigeria, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Uganda and Swaziland. She later held a position with the bank as a portfolio manager for coaching and mentoring in the Global Leadership Centre.

She leverages on 15 years extensive experience in Organisational Development and Transformation, gained from facilitating transformation in major culture change and restructuring projects where she held positions as an independent OD consultant, senior advisor, Employment Equity and Diversity Manager, Trainer and a facilitator at various institutions such as Eskom, Absa Bank, South African Breweries and non profit organisations.

She holds a Masters in Business Leadership, Masters Diploma in Human Resource Management and a BA Honours degree in Psychology.

She is a trained coach and a skilled self mastery facilitator. Having worked in strategic, unpredictable, and politically sensitive environments, she has maintained her clarity of purpose. She has demonstrated ability to offer tailored services to clients enabling them to reach their full potential.
