Coaching in Small Groups

Office_Art_7

Group Coaching is a vehicle for making top-level coaching expertise available to selected individuals who would not normally qualify for a one-on-one programme. In addition to exposure to our top-level coaches in the group environment, the participants will also be able to have one-on-one personal discussions. A group should consist of 4-6 participants at a similar level of development, who can be drawn from different areas of the organisation.

The Group Coaching sessions would be structured to meet the organisation’s and group’s needs; some typical areas covered might be:

  • Preparing for Promotion
  • Delegation & Accountability
  • Optimising a team’s performance
  • Achieving and appropriate work/life balance.

However, individual issues raised by the participants would also be covered, either in the group sessions or in the 1-1 sessions.

Apart from the benefits normally associated with leadership coaching, coaching a small group also has the added value of building closer understanding between individuals who will be the future leaders of the organisation.
