Simone Le Hane joined Change Partners after 12 years of successfully coaching and mentoring executives and senior managers individually and in management teams while working in the private and public sectors as an executive. As an executive coach her empathy, insight and her passion for empowering and developing people are invaluable attributes.
As a black female in the corporate world, she has a deep understanding of and empathy for the challenges that women and indeed men face in the workplace. Her vast experiences in the finance world together with her successful development and management of people in the context of the history of South Africa, provide her with a unique insight into coaching that is relevant for South Africa now.
Simone has a wealth of experience in all areas of management. Her particular strengths are in the role of executive general manager, positions she held amongst others at the National Treasury and Mutual & Federal. She has had extensive exposure to the politics that prevail in the business environment and at government level as a result of her work in both sectors.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Cape Town and several post graduate qualifications and certifications including management executive courses from the University of Cape Town Business School, WITS Business School and Harvard Business School. She also has a coaching qualification from the Results Coaching Systems, an internationally accredited institution.
