The only true differentiator between companies today is the quality of their leadership. My approach is to deliver sustainable business results through engagement with each person as a whole human being. By changing our way of being, we change the results we achieve. By encouraging leaders and leadership teams to become accountable, they are enabled to create the environment needed for measurable change.

Coach Profile
Rean has been engaged in Executive Coaching and Team Interventions for almost a decade and in Leadership Development, through his Industrial Psychology background, for more than 2 decades. The difference in measurable outcomes when the leaders are actively engaging with a qualified coach throughout the process is profound.

His approach to coaching is through integrating elements in a way that training and study do not. This systemic, integrative approach emphasizes “sowing” in an effective, consistent way, which ensures that the organization will “reap” sustainable results. Rean believes strongly that people will deliver on deeply held beliefs and intentions. Coaching is a way to direct and support these intentions towards achieving powerful outcomes.

Rean’s philosophies have resonated with many leaders under pressure. They actively engage with his approach, clarification of their blueprint, personal vision, and values and with the process of shifting their energy to optimize each step along an “unknown” systemic path. “Increased knowing is a powerful outcome of coaching,” observes Rean, “and generates the ability to lead oneself better in the future.” This self-generating aspect of coaching helps leaders to utilize the talents of their people more effectively.

Business Experience
Rean has headed up his own company which specializes in Leadership Assessment and Development, Recruitment/Search and Performance Improvement Interventions since 1999. He has extensive experience in Performance Improvement Consulting, Organizational Development and Executive Coaching with individuals, teams and groups.

He has also spent time working with long term prisoners in rehabilitation interventions. During the 10 years he spent with Anglo American, he focused on Leadership Development.
