The perception of the coachee is obtained
by means of a rigorous process of interviews conducted by
specialised interviewers. The client nominates between 6-8
people whose opinion he / she would most value in terms of
his / her overall career development. The list of people
includes direct reports, colleagues / peers, more senior
staff and even external people to the company if necessary.
If differs from other processes in two ways:
a) Firstly the client is personally involved
in tailoring the questions, selecting the
personality traits and competencies on which
they would particularly value feedback.

b) The interviews are done by a Change
Partners trained researcher on a confidential
one-on-one manner. The responses are probed
detail and properly understood.
