More than 80% of new business acquisition is initiated by personal referral from satisfied clients while nearly half of our turnover is attributable to contract renewals or extensions to the original scope of our work.
Change Partners is neither an offshoot of a training organisation nor an afterthought on a business school curriculum. We are business coaching specialists with dedicated focus on our chosen field of endeavour.
We do not seek growth by diluting or popularising an essentially ‘top-end’ product. Our point of focus is upper echelon corporate management. Executive coaching is a dialogue between equals of some seniority. All our interventions are designed to unlock organisational value through the targeted utilisation of coaching techniques or learnings from our coaching experience.
