Inservice training of coaches:- Change
Partners' coaches do not fit a specific mould or stereotype.
Some have been extremely successful in running large
organisations; others are professionals from various
disciplines. They have three factors in common. Firstly,
whatever their background, each one will have overcome many
challenges en route to success. Secondly, each one is a
superb listener - that's important, because listening is
critical to understanding the reality of the client's
situation. Thirdly, each one will have undergone extensive
induction and preparation prior to beginning a coaching
assignment with Change Partners. All have chosen to make
coaching their calling.
To ensure our own learning
continues in step with the dynamic business and social
environment of South Africa, we strive to attract coaches
from diverse backgrounds. The profiles posted on our web
site reflect our success to date.
The training and
ongoing development of our coaches is paramount to our
business. We have a full time partner with an extensive
background in training and executive development, who
inducts potential coaches to coach the "Change Partners"
way. In-house "learning" sessions for all coaches occur
weekly. These are opportunities for the whole coaching team
to learn through introduction to new techniques, and by
sharing personal successes and failures. |
