Every coach will also undergo monthly one-on-one supervision sessions with our Training and Development Partner, and regular review meetings with another of our Senior Partners. These focus respectively on the personal and professional aspects of coaching. All of these processes are there to ensure that at all times we meet our commitment of "high quality coaching".
