Client Perception Interview |

In the interests of our ongoing quality
assurance program, coach development and commitment to the
total support of the client's development and progress, we
have a team of people who specialise in conducting Client
Perception Reviews with the coachee. This will enable us to
establish the client's feelings about their coaching, the
coach and the process. This feedback assists the coach and
Change Partners to adjust the process if necessary, to
assist the client in achieving as much value out of their
coaching programme as possible. |
