CliffordBioSmall

Mojalefa first encountered coaching as a new executive in higher education in South Africa some twelve years ago. Then it seemed an expensive intrusion that should not be given any serious thought, interesting though it may have sounded. But it remained a curious puzzle for him until he became a client and realised how sorely he needed it then. Mojalefa became so fascinated with coaching that he immediately applied its tenets in managing his immediate reports, thus improved not only his performance but also his relationship with employees, his immediate subordinates and people in general.
