Coaching for Ann is a relationship of commitment invoking a process of real time growth and sustainable change. Maintaining curiosity and listening actively for the right questions to ask are routes to clients’ insights, followed by desired shifts in self-awareness and, ultimately, new behaviours.

A Bachelor of Arts in English and Psychology (UNISA), Honours in Psychology (RAU), and M. Ed. Psychology (Wits) have formed the professional backbone for Ann to run her own business and portfolio career, managing a therapy practice, assessments (currently conducting Bar-On Eqi assessments), coaching, change management, outplacement support and as an accredited CCMA commissioner, labour dispute resolution and ADR in the commercial (CEDR accredited), family (Divorce and Family Mediators accredited) and workplace (Conflict Dynamics accredited) environs.

Closely involved with Change Partners since 2005 initially as a Perception Inventory analyst, compiling reports and rendering constructive feedback to clients as a springboard to leadership development through coaching.

Became partner of Change Partners in 2010 and ongoing learning in this environment has been an exceptional training ground as a coach. She has twice experienced coaching for herself, a further enhancement of her skills.

Currently undergoing the coaching accreditation through Middlesex University. Has participated in career and executive coaching course and workshop with the Centre for Industrial and Organisational Psychology of UNISA.

Ann belongs to Pro Bono.org and mediates probono family disputes. Also offers her services related to her skills in various probono work.
